Individuals

We help incapable people, their relatives and their friends in their dealings with legal incapacity, regimes of protection, and mandates in the event of incapacity.

Our services include:

Community

For the community, we act as civil society’s watchdog over the performance of the Public Curator and monitor its operations.

These services include:

  • Media and public communications
  • Representations to government, public authorities and Commissions of National Assembly
  • Conferences and speeches to community groups
  • Research on historical and current aspects of public curatorship
